What happens if the product arrives broken?

If you receive a product in unsatisfactory condition, or notice any tampering or damage to the packaging before accepting it, the Matri Returns Policy advises you to decline the delivery and return the package to the courier. Furthermore, please report the issue to us by emailing hello@getmatri.com with your Order ID for reference. We commit to swiftly address and resolve your concerns. Ensure you return the product with its original tag and packaging unaltered.”

How can I exchange a product?

To exchange a product for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receipt as per the Matri Returns Policy. Initiate the exchange process by emailing hello@getmatri.com with your Order ID and the exchange reason. We will then provide you with all necessary details and instructions to proceed. Note, you must return the product in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging for the exchange to be accepted.

How long does it take to process my refund?

After we receive and verify the condition of the returned item(s), we aim to process your refund within 7-10 business days. We will credit the refund back to the original method of payment. Refunds may take an extra 2-3 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card company.

What if I receive a defective item?

Report defective items within 7 days of delivery to hello@getmatri.com with your Order ID and defect description.We will then send you a replacement at no additional cost. If we cannot provide a replacement, we will offer you a full refund or store credit, based on your preference. Please make sure to return the defective item in the condition you received, with all original packaging and tags intact.
