Refund & Cancelation
Product Issues:
If the product is not working properly or does not meet your expectations, follow these steps:
Contact our support team for assistance.
- If needed, an expert will assist you via video call.
- Return the product to our office (address on the ‘Contact Us’ page) or courier it if you are an out-station customer.
- Ensure the product, accessories, and manuals are in the original packaging.
- If returning for a non-faulty reason, ensure the product is in perfect working order.
Exchange and Refund Process:
- For exchanges, a new device will be sent after inspection.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days after inspection.
- For Pay on Delivery (POD) or UPI payments, provide bank details for the refund.
- POD charges and gift wrap charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If we arrange pickup,₹250 will be deducted from the refund.
- The return must be sent within 15 days of delivery.
Cancellation Policy:
Online Orders:
- If you choose not to accept delivery, it will be considered a cancellation.
- Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and process the refund, deducting shipping costs.
Return Period:
Products can be returned* within 15 days of delivery. Ensure no damage to patches/wires, or the return will not be accepted.
Order Cancelation:
Cancellations can't be done after placing an Online order.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers must cover return shipping costs.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. For COD payments, provide bank details.
Refund Timeline:
Refunds typically credit within 7 working days, subject to bank processing times.
