Refund & Cancelation

Product Issues:

If the product is not working properly or does not meet your expectations, follow these steps:
Contact our support team for assistance.
  • If needed, an expert will assist you via video call.
  • Return the product to our office (address on the ‘Contact Us’ page) or courier it if you are an out-station customer.
  • Ensure the product, accessories, and manuals are in the original packaging.
  • If returning for a non-faulty reason, ensure the product is in perfect working order.

Exchange and Refund Process:

  1. For exchanges, a new device will be sent after inspection.
  2. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days after inspection.
    • For Pay on Delivery (POD) or UPI payments, provide bank details for the refund.
  3. POD charges and gift wrap charges are non-refundable.
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If we arrange pickup,₹250 will be deducted from the refund.
  5. The return must be sent within 15 days of delivery.
Cancellation Policy:
Online Orders:
  • If you choose not to accept delivery, it will be considered a cancellation.
  • Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and process the refund, deducting shipping costs.
      Return Period:
      Products can be returned* within 15 days of delivery. Ensure no damage to patches/wires, or the return will not be accepted.
      Order Cancellation:
      Cancellations can't be done after placing an Online order.
      Return Shipping Costs:
      Customers must cover return shipping costs.
      Refund Process:
      Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. For COD payments, provide bank details.
