Refund & Cancelation

Product Issues:

1. Contact Support: Reach out to our support team for assistance.

2. Provide Video Proof: The customer must provide a video showing that the device is not functioning properly.

3. Expert Assistance: If necessary, our expert will guide you via a video call.

4. Reverse Pickup: If our expert confirms the issue with the product, we will initiate a reverse pickup.

5. Return Packaging: Ensure that the product, along with all accessories and manuals, is returned in its original packaging.

6. Non-Faulty Returns: For non-faulty product returns, the product must be in perfect working condition.

Exchange and Refund Process:

  1. For exchanges, a new device will be sent after inspection.
  2. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days after inspection.
    • For Pay on Delivery (POD) or UPI payments, provide bank details for the refund.
  3. POD charges and gift wrap charges are non-refundable.
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If we arrange pickup,₹250 will be deducted from the refund.
  5. The return must be sent within 15 days of delivery.

Online Orders:

  • If you choose not to accept delivery, it will be considered a cancellation.
  • Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and process the refund, deducting shipping costs.

      Return Period:

        Products can be returned* within 15 days of delivery. Ensure no damage to patches/wires, or the return will not be accepted.

        Order Cancelation:

          Cancellations can't be done after placing an Online order.

          Return Shipping Costs:

            Customers must cover return shipping costs.

            Refund Process:

            Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. For COD payments, provide bank details.
