How can I exchange a product?
If you want to exchange a product for any reason, the Matri Returns Policy requires you to contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Initiate the exchange process by emailing email@example.com with your Order ID and the exchange reason. We will then provide you with all necessary details and instructions to proceed. Note, you must return the product in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging for the exchange to be accepted.
How long does it take to process my refund?
After we receive and verify the condition of the returned item(s), we aim to process your refund within 7-10 business days. We will credit the refund back to the original method of payment. Note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it might take an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
What if I receive a defective item?
