Refunds & Cancellation Policy for Getmatri

At the Matri Refunds and Cancellation policy, we take pride in the high quality of our products, which are designed to meet your needs effectively. If a product does not perform as expected or fails to deliver satisfactory results, we offer a simple and efficient returns procedure.

  • Initial Assistance: If you encounter any issues with the product, our customer service team is ready to help troubleshoot them.
  • Detailed Information: Should remote assistance not resolve the issue, our representative will collect the necessary details to facilitate the return.
  • Returning the Product:
    • You can return the product directly to our office, with the address available in the ‘contact us’ section of our website.
    • If you are not near our office, please courier the product to the company address we provide.
  • Return Packaging: Ensure you return the product with all its accessories and manuals in the original packaging.
  • Product Condition: To process a return for a product that is not faulty, it must be in perfect working condition.
  • Processing Returns:
    • For exchange requests, we will dispatch a replacement product after inspecting the returned item.
    • For refunds, we will issue a cheque according to our company’s refund policy.

Cancellation Policy for Getmatri

If you decide not to accept delivery of a product purchased online or choose to return a product within 24 hours of purchase from an authorized store (with the packaging intact), Matri Refunds and Cancellation will consider this as a cancellation. Here are the steps in our cancellation process:

Online Purchases: When you initiate a cancellation request for products bought online, we will process the refund once we have received and inspected the returned device. We will deduct shipping costs from the refund amount.

In-Store Purchases: For cancellations made at one of our stores, we will process the refund after we have returned the product and inspected it for completeness and condition.

We aim to make the cancellation process straightforward and hassle-free, ensuring your satisfaction with our services.

How much time do I have to return something?

You have a 60-working-day window from the date of delivery to return a product. It’s crucial to keep the product, especially any patches or wires, undamaged. Matri Refunds and Cancellation will not accept products with damaged patches or wires.

How do I cancel my order?

You are allowed to cancel your order within 24 hours of making the purchase.

Is there anything I need to pay to return my items?

You are only responsible for the courier costs when returning the device.

How can I get my money back?

We will process your refund using the same method you used for payment. For payments made via Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will credit the refund to your respective Credit Card or Net-Banking account. We will start the refund process once we receive the returned product. For purchases made with cash, we will send a cheque for the refund amount to your address.

When will I receive my refund?

We generally process refunds and credit them to your account within 7 working days, although the exact timing may vary between banks. Please note that the issuing bank’s policies may cause delays in crediting a refund to your credit card account, and we cannot accept responsibility for such delays.

What should I do if I receive an inaccurate refund amount?
